 All items shipped within the United Kingdom will be sent via a courier service. Dispatch times may vary from 1-5 working days, depending on the size of the item. Specific dispatch times will be specified in the item's description. A tracking number will be provided for all orders and an email notification will be sent once the package has been dispatched. In case of any delivery issues, customers are requested to let us know and we will get in touch with the courier service to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We will process the refund once we have received the returned item and it has been inspected.
Please note that due to the nature of our custom made items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged.
